2025年8月4日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定移動蜂窩通信設備（Certain Mobile Cellular Communications Devices）啟動337調查（調查編碼：337-TA-1456）。
2025年7月3日，韓國Pantech Corporation of the Republic of Korea向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國註冊專利號9548839、11659503、11051344、12267876），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。

美國國際貿易委員會將於立案後45天內確定調查結束期。除美國貿易代表基於政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿易委員會在337案件中發布的救濟令自發布之日生效並於發布之日後的第60日起具有終局效力。
