Berkshire UK、波蘭HTC Poland SP Z O.O. Warszawa Poland的調查。

2025年1月7日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發布終裁：對本案行政法官於2024年12月6日作出的初裁（No.8）不予覆審，即基於和解，終止對列名被告美國Valve Corporation Bellevue WA、德國Valve GmbH Corporation Hamburg Germany的調查。

2024年10月10日，美國Igeniospec LLC of San Jose California向美國ITC提出337立案調查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產品違反了美國337條款（侵權美國註冊專利號10310296、11762224、12078870），請求美國ITC發布有限排除令、禁止令。
